Vital Check Inspections was founded by Drew Levy, a seasoned professional with over 16 years of home inspection experience. While Vital Check is a newer company, it is built on Drew’s extensive expertise as the former owner of a successful multi-inspector company in New Jersey for over 15 years. Drew is licensed as a home inspector in both Florida (HI7765) and New Jersey (24GI00101400) and holds the prestigious title of Certified Master Inspector as well as Lifetime Membership in the InterNACHI Home Inspector Association, reflecting his dedication to excellence in the field.

In addition to running Vital Check Inspections, Drew serves as the owner, director, and lead instructor at the National Institute of Home Inspection (NIHI), a premier school offering home inspector licensing in both Florida and New Jersey. Through NIHI, Drew has authored course materials and developed comprehensive training for home, pool, sewer cam, and wind mitigation inspections. NIHI provides online training, live sessions, and virtual classes designed to equip aspiring inspectors with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the industry.
